John Wilber earned athletic/academic scholarship to the university of Miami and was a member of the football team. John graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida in 1965. He joined the Union Carbide Corporation in their Home and Automotive Division, which became First Brand Corporation in 1985. John retired from First Brand Corporation in 1992 but has been busy with various projects since. John Wilber has two children, daughter Kristen, a recent graduate of Xavier University, and son John, Jr. who is in his second year at Hocking College. John enjoys boating and fishing, like to play golf, and lists Maui, Hawaii as one of his favorite places to visit. He lives in Maineville, Ohio.
