athletics than Jimmy Scalf."
Jimmy Scalf worked at Standard Products in Port Clinton for over 35 years and retired in 1994. During all those years, most of his free time was devoted to support Port Clinton athletics in every conceivable way. He served on the board of education and was president of the Port Clinton Athletic Booster Club, of which he still is a life-time member. He was a driving force in the improvement of many of our sports facilities as well as in the promotion of our athletics' accomplishments. He was always ready to lend a helping hand, either in pre-game preparation or during athletic events. His practical approach to problem solving will long be remembered.
