Equipment Manager for Texas Rangers for 23 Years and still Club House Manager Has been in Professional Baseball for 48 years.
After attending Tiffin University, Joe Macko began his professional baseball career, which is now entering his 49th year. He played for 16 years, finishing as the 10th leading home run hitter in the minor leagues, with 306. He managed in the Chicago Cubs Organization for four years and was a business manager and general manager in the minors. He than became equipment and clubhouse manager for the Texas Rangers and stayed in that position for 22 years.
