Mike Drusbacky was an outstanding athlete at Port Clinton High School. He also excelled in baseball on the American Legion team before he played baseball at Eastern Michigan University while graduating with a business degree. He than joined the professional ranks, playing baseball in North Carolina and in the New York Yankees farm system. After military service, Mike returned to Port Clinton, became successful in bowling and was a member of the state championship teams in 1959 and 1968. He worked for General Motors for 34 years and retired in 1981.
